The intersection of Kedzie and Belmont lies in the center of our community, but it also divides us. It is plagued with many challenges for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers that limit people crossing it. This year we are finally able to realize our vision for a series of murals at the intersection to not just beautify the area, but also draw positive attention to this central crossing in Avondale. Join us at this event to meet the artists, mingle with neighbors, and get a sneak peek at what characters will be considered for these murals!
