How to Cut Through the Marketing Noise "Beat Your Competition and Grow Your Business."

An in-depth introduction to branding for small business owners, startups and entrepreneurs, full of ready-to-apply takeaways.

Branding is often misunderstood in the small business world and regarded as something that only the big companies can afford. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. The reality is, most small businesses fail because they don’t have a strong brand (or don’t have a brand at all). Branding is more important than ever but now that consumers are both marketing-savvy and in control of the relationship, what constitutes effective branding has changed.

Here’s my educated guess. When you ventured out to start your new business, nobody handed you a fat pension or a 401(k). Preparing for a peaceful, prosperous retirement is in YOUR hands, for better or worse! Take control of your own financial future – attend this workshop to learn over 20+ retirement programs out there for you and your employees. Build up your own nest egg, and attract and retain key employees!

This workshop brings a comprehensive look into the retirement landscape available for business owners. Which plan is best suited for you? Given the paltry savings rate of most Americans, the rising cost of living and medical care, and the squeeze the middle class is feeling, it is essential to pick a savings and investing strategy that fits the needs of each business owner.

Normally an established entity creates a Strategic Growth Plan annually, to guide its Management Team toward achieving its Growth Objectives. Inherent in its Growth Plan is a detailed market assessment of the entity’s position and any market segment they are considering entering. To determine which market segment offers the most favorable growth prospect, entry via internal penetration with a new/improved product/service or via acquisition, must be evaluated. Within each market segment being considered, an evaluation of potential customers’ needs and the strengths/weaknesses of each competitor are required. If acquisition is the chosen entry mode, the willingness of each prospect to being acquired, must be then be determined.

Are you confident you’re taking advantage of every available tax break? Is your tax adviser giving you proactive advice to save on taxes? I’ve got bad news and I’ve got good news. The bad news is, you’re right. You do pay too much tax. You’re probably not taking advantage of every tax break you can. And most advisers do a poor job of actually saving their clients’ money.

This workshop is designed to make business owners aware of missed income tax saving opportunities before they occur and help build an effective audit defense program to reduce the magnitude of tax deficiencies. The following” take-aways” will be:

Ability to read the tax red flags
Understanding the basic tax infrastructure
Ability to take advantage of the graduated tax rate system
Tools for restructuring your business for available tax benefits
Implementation of a sound audit-ready accounting system
