The 8(a) Business Development Program is a business assistance program for small disadvantaged businesses. The 8(a) Program offers a broad scope of assistance to firms that are owned and controlled at least 51% by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
This session will cover the tenets of the 8(a) program, steps to apply, and SAM registration.

Native Tongue Magazine and Goose Island team up to present Breakin' Bread, a happy hour to celebrate Native Tongue's supporters and continue the effort to bring awareness of food insecurity in Chicago's underserved neighborhoods.

Come celebrate and jam out to the sounds of Chicago's own Brvthers Keeper, as we raise funds to promote healthy habits and lifestyle choices for South and West side community members. Attendees will receive access to Goose Island's beautiful West Room tap room and a drink ticket for Goose Island beer.
