The world is smaller than ever before, and employees are as likely to find themselves working with someone who grew up half way around the globe as they are working with colleagues born and raised ‘next door’. Our workshop will focus on the concept of cultural intelligence and offers practical advice for understanding cultural diversity. We will focus on various topics that will enable individuals to effectively manage multi-cultural projects and staff, diverse virtual teams and strategic partnerships which require competent global leadership skills. Understand culture’s impact on business behavior and expectations.
