Ever had the idea that you want to start your own business, but don't know what to do next?

This event is for you! We've been there too and we believe anyone is able to start their own business. It's about freedom and flexibility. Creating your own business means creating your own lifestyle. However, not everyone has immediate access to the resources and network to jump right into entrepreneurship. That doesn't have to be the end of the road...let's get started! Brought to you by the Founders of Second Shift, Chicago's most community-oriented coworking space, Get Started Seminar is a powerful one day workshop where participants will learn what starting a business means for your time, finances, and freedom. You will also get introduced to some of the main tools and action steps that go into bringing an idea to life. We answer questions like when do I need a business bank account? Should I order business cards? What goes into a business plan? How important is social media for a business? And much more!
