The Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) is partnering with the Department of Procurement Services (DPS), the Chicago Police Department (CPD), and the Chicago Fire Department (CFD) to host a networking event for potential vendors.

Over 5,000 invitations are being sent to different firms certified in various industries related to technology, computer hardware/software, and public safety. The purpose of this outreach is to educate vendors not only about the services that OEMC, CPD, and CFD offer, but also about the potential contracting opportunities available. As a result, vendors will be better informed about what goods and services they may be qualified to provide and pursue contract opportunities as either a direct or indirect contractor or subcontractor.
