Fullerton Milwaukee Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District
Many of Logan Square's businesses are located within the boundaries of the Fullerton/Milwaukee TIF district. Through the year 2023, the city is setting aside a portion of property taxes in this district to fund public improvements, economic and community development. Currently, $52.5 million is budgeted for redevelopment including:
