Fullerton Milwaukee Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District
Many of Logan Square's businesses are located within the boundaries of the Fullerton/Milwaukee TIF district. Through the year 2023, the city is setting aside a portion of property taxes in this district to fund public improvements, economic and community development. Currently, $52.5 million is budgeted for redevelopment including:

In the opinion of the Logan Square Chamber this is the most effective investment in time any small business or entrepreneur can make.
The Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) offers workshops every Wednesday and Friday. Workshops will vary each month and are conducted by City Officials, experts and partner business organizations. All workshops are free, and open to the public.
